What a recent Liverpool events booking looked like
A Royal Albert Dock restaurant group running a 220-cover private dinner on a Friday night lost their event Chef de Partie to food poisoning at 11:00 the same morning. We confirmed a replacement CDP by 12:45, briefed on the menu pack, and on site ready for 15:30 prep. Service went out clean.
